Should I up my activity level?

On my profile I have it set to "mild" as I am a vet assistant, and I thought "nurse" was an accurate comparison.
But recently, I feel like I spend the majority of my day actively walking (walking dogs, going back and forth in the hospital) or lifting (carrying dogs, supplies)or doing intense cleaning (climbing ladders, or crouching down to scrub)
Does this count it as "moderate"? I only work part time, I don't know if that effects it
I'm on 1,200 cals right now, which leaves me satisfied most days, sometimes I have difficulty reaching it or I end up going over.
I'm not sure if upping my calories would be better, but I want to be honest with how much my body actually needs.
