Then screw it up at night >_<
I don't mean to, my sweet tooth just goes through the roof at night.
And I usually go out with friends, which usually involves going to eat very unhealthy foods.
I log throughout the day, but when I go out I'm like "Oh, I have 200 cals left, I can get something" only to get something way over 200 cals.
Anyone else have a similar problem, and how do you deal with it?

When I looked at your food diary yest. your cals were very low. Thinking that is way too much pressure, plus if your body thinks it's not getting enough, you won't drop lb's. Yeah tho, mostly on weekends tend to go overboard at night, not so much with sweets just dinner foods in general, a just put on a feed bag and inhale. If you bump up the cals, continue to be good during the day, you'll have a better chance to stay within your range, plus remember not to eat after 7 or 8. The "typical" rule is that after 7pm the food you eat is working against your efforts. Hang in there and keep posting and logging. Any time to work out, even a fast paced walk will give you more calories to eat back as well. You're doing great!0
