Everyone has those go-to meals that don't require a recipe, that are easy, healthy and satisfying. What is yours? I'd like to add to my rotation. Right now, my go-to is a turkey chili. It's semi-healthy, but involves a lot of canned items.

good 30 min muscle building GYM routines?
Hi, I need a good routine to build muscle at the gym that can be done in 30min or less, ideally. I've seen great DVDs and plyometric type of at home exercises, but I just can't exercise at home. Anyone have a good routine, or recommend a good online source that offers this and changes to the routine every so often? Thanks!

What's your meal plan this week?
It's time for my weekly grocery run tomorrow. I like to cook lunches and dinners for the week, ideally even pack them ahead of time as once the week gets rolling, it's so easy to grab something unhealthy if it's not pre-planned. Anyone else meal plan for the week?
I try to get grocies done by Sunday and cook most of the weekday meals by Monday. I find when I do this, I have the most success as once the week starts, it's SO hard to come home and try to cook (we have 2 small kids). Anyone else do something similar and want to share the weekly plan? I'm always looking for new recipes.
