ETP & fitness trackers
Hi, I'm in the market for a new fitness tracker. Currently have a garmin forerunner but wanna upgrade to something with better calorie burned accuracy ( HR monitoring) Mainly doing bodybuilding style training and walking, jogging. Any recommendations ?

On ETP since 20.2.16- now eating 2300!!!
Hi all I've been following the Eat to Perform philosophy now since 20.2.16 and been able to increase cals to 2300 a day( from 1400) with only minimal increase in scale weight (1kg) but I definitely look harder and have gained more lean mass.
