I have never been much of a water drinker.
For decades, all I was drinking was mostly soda. The majority of that was regular soda, until 1996 when I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2, then switched to diet soda. I live in Phoenix. I am 47 years old. Started using MFP and working out back in November, well, maybe not MFP all the time, but I am starting to use it now.
