Has anyone tried this workout dvd? If so, how did you like it?
I am a really picky eater, actually I'm a snacker. I am trying to get in the habit of eating three meals a day. I got up and fixed breakfast for about a week straight and just stopped. Ugh...its so frustrating. What do you guys recommend?
