Hey my name is Karen. I need friends who are be positive and give me that extra push to keep going. In return, Ill do the same for you!! This is my first time trying to lose weight but I believe I can do it.

    Your right ... you CAN do this and none of us can do this alone. It takes a lot of support to make it through each day. Just remember to take it in small steps. Set small, attainable goals. Don't let a bad day or a bad food decision get you off track. Feel free to add me.

    Hi. My name is Alyx and I've been doing this about a week. My trainer loves this site because she can access everything that I am doing. The best thing to do is don't give up. Things won't always go right, you might not eat perfectly or get your workout in, but don't give up. We all fall short. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off. and get back on the bike.

    Hi, My name is Lisa. I've been on this diet and exercise program for 7 weeks and have no results! I am so frustrated and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I am on a 1200 cal diet and exercising....eating back calories and nothing happens. I am very toned, but that is it! I'm trying to lose 10 lbs. Please look at my diary.........comments are most welcome!

    Lisa...just trying to help, and noticed that you have very few fruits and veggies in your diary. Maybe less of the processed stuff (granola bars) and more fruits and veggies! Try this and see if it helps! :-)
