Trying to try new foods

I am a really picky eater, actually I'm a snacker. I am trying to get in the habit of eating three meals a day. I got up and fixed breakfast for about a week straight and just stopped. Ugh...its so frustrating. What do you guys recommend?

    Fruit? protein bars? yogurt? Something you don't have to cook. Or something you can cook once a week that will freeze well that way you don't have to do it daily if your not used to it. Granola bars?
