Just over a week ago I started pains & swelling in my ankle. No trauma to the ankle. Had an x-ray yesterday & no fracture but my GP says it does seem to be the bone that's the problem. Exercising & injury
I've hurt my ankle this afternoon trampolining with my son. It feels okay when I walk on it but it hurt when I was jumping. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred & I'm going to see if I can go along with the cardio without any pain. 30 Day Shred
Just started the 30 Day Shred tonight. Quite proud of myself. I know it's only 20 minutes but I really feel like I achieved something, you know? I started once before & gave up after 3 days because I got bored of it but really want to stick with it this time. What sort of results have other people had from using it? M x
