I've hurt my ankle this afternoon trampolining with my son. It feels okay when I walk on it but it hurt when I was jumping. I've been doing the 30 Day Shred & I'm going to see if I can go along with the cardio without any pain. If it hurts, is it worthwhile leaving the cardio bit out & just doing the strength & abs so I'm still getting some exercise in?

If it feels okay when you walk on it.... why not go for a walk? That's exercise, and it won't aggravate the injury.1
