Coffee ideas
This has probably been posted thousands of times, but... Any suggestions on how to make coffee taste good and be healthier? I love my morning coffee. For my husband and son's sake, I need my cup or two. I also love cream and sugar in my coffee. I've tried the whole stevia route, but just cant get used to the aftertaste.

Looking for friends for support
Hi. I used mfp to lose weight years ago, but overtime I gained it back plus some. I lost 40lbs last year and working on losing the rest this year. Failure is not an option. Advice on setting goals/ activity level
I'm a 28 year old 5'2 female that weights 182lbs. I typically work out 5 or 6 times a week, doing cardio + strength training or just walking. At work I clean houses. A typical work week for me is anywhere between 12 to 24 hours of cleaning labor. I'm not sure whether to choose active or very active as my activity level.…

Active or very active?
I'm trying to decide if I fall into active or very active. I clean houses for a living. I typically clean 3 house 3 to 5 days a week., spending six to seven hours cleaning. Would you which activity level would you say that falls into?
