Not Losing...
I've been stuck at the same weight for the last month and a half or so. I calculated my BMR and TDEE and I net around 1800 each day. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong... could anyone take a look at my diary and give me some advice? Thanks.

New Snack Ideas??
I've been eating a LOT of apple & peanut butter for snacks. Borderlining on about half of my daily intake, and a lot of the time I don't eat it because I'm hungry but just because I feel like it. So, I NEED new snack ideas... low calorie but healthy. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

How much should I eat??
My BMR is around 1650 and my TDEE -20% is around 1850, so I generally try to stay within those boundaries. Usually if I work out (and burn anywhere from 200 to 500 calories), I try to make sure that my net is above my BMR. Any reason why...?
Any reason why I dropped 10 pounds really fast and now I've plateaued although I eat the same? It's frustrating me. I just don't get it. I hate not seeing results right away anyways... but the fact that I dropped 10 pounds and now don't lose any confuses and frustrates me. Any ideas why this happened?
