Limited Mobility - exercise suggestions?

On Sunday (4/7), I was racing a half-marathon and on mile 11 I felt a pain in my right quad which I chose to push through to try to finish. Bad idea, because soon after I must have stepped wrong and had to stop because I felt a searing pain. To make matters worse, I tried to get up and walk while using my mom (who came to help me out) as a support and felt some sort of pop/crack and searing pain yet again in my upper somewhat-inner thigh, and then proceeded to hop on my left leg for another half mile. I have been bed & chair bound since Sunday night when I got home. We have not gotten to a doctor yet, but will be going to get an MRI on Tuesday, I believe. Judging by my symptoms, I believe that I either severely strained or tore the tendon that connects the pectineus and the caudal sartorius (basically muscles in my upper thigh).
I basically just sit on a chair all day with [now] minimal pain. I can move myself around on a wheely chair and I am working myself up to being able to stand with all my weight on my left leg and my arms.
Currently, however, I'm wondering if anyone has any exercise suggestions on how to increase my heart rate for a bit of a cardio workout while sitting in the chair. I am getting plenty of strength training on my arms and legs (lifting them and such). I am unable to lift my right leg off the ground completely but I can lift my heel and my toes separately.
Thanks for reading all of this.
