Success stories after reset?
Hi everyone! I'm pondering whether I should do a reset. I've read that Eating at TDEE support stickies, and it looks like several people have finished resetting and moved on to cut, or will be very soon. I'd love to hear how it's going for encouragement.

Is there a trick to step-ups?
...or am I just a klutz? For the life of me, I can't balance doing them and repeatedly have to put weight on my non-working leg to keep from falling over. I must be doing something wrong??

Am I on the right track?
January 2nd, I started Weight Watchers, followed the plan dutifully, and lost weight quickly...for a couple of months. Then it slowed to a crawl. Just for kicks, I looked at my 30 points worth of food, added up the calories and got a whopping 1160. And I wasn't eating back most of my exercise calories. No wonder my body…
