From 295 to 190. It's hard to believe I'm only about 20-25 pounds from my goal.

Water, is it that important?
I'm just curious to know.. I mean I've been doing a lot of dieting and people keep telling me "drink water, drink water," and I just wanna know.. Is it really that important? I mean I can drink up to 3-5 bottles a day... 8 can just be to much.
