One reason I love MFP so much is the fact that I can see peoples before and after pictures. So, I'm asking all of you who have lost weight to post a B&A picture of yourself to motivate us who are still trying to reach our goal, thanks!

    I love Before & Afters too! Here's some of mine.

    BEFORE: 215 lbs.

    I still have 19.5 lbs to go 'til goal.

    Ditto this. It's a huge reason I decided to finally get to my goal. I joined and was still kinda 'meh' - then saw the B&A's and saw real people having real success and I jumped in with 2 feet.

    Great IDEA!!!!!! I love to see pictures, it keeps me going and believing that it is all possible!! I need to get a some pictures!!!:)

    IDK How to post pictures but at the moment my profile pic is a before and after [Well during. It was taken after 40 Pounds lost]. If someone will tell me I'll gladly post here for everyone to see it.

    Before: Summer 2005 I think. I was about 270.

    I plan to show my Before and After pictures after I have reached by target weight.

    But it is nice to see other Before and After picutures, they are very motivating and keeps me reading the topics...

    MFP uses different code from html, so pretty much when you put up your picture just have it like this
