How good do you feel? Also, would you do it all over again if you have to?

I am 14 lbs to goal and feel FANTASTIC. We have similar weight loss - I'm sure you're seeing the same things...I have more energy. My knees and hips don't hurt. I'm more confident. I'm accomplishing things that I thought were completely impossible just a short 9 months ago. I hope to never have to "do it over again"....but I do wish I had woken up and done it sooner.

Congrats on a job well done.

The only thing I would do differently is change my lifestyle sooner! I allowed myself to get out of control, overweight, unhealthy and miserable in my own skin. I also would have educated myself of MY numbers (BMR, TDEE, appropriate cuts, etc) sooner and saved myself hours on the elliptical and preserved some LBM.

Seriously, every area of my life has changed since I started getting "Fit for Jesus." Home, personal, professional. Everything. I wanted it bad enough - an still do. Do you? It is worth it. Do it right, do it healthy.

A few tips: lift heavy weights and read this - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

Congrats on your awesome progress! You're so close.

I feel like a new person and only regret all the wasted years. Would I do it over again if I had to? Yes and sad to say I've lost 100 pounds a few years ago only to gain it back very quickly. This time, it's different and I've maintained my loss and I will never be the person I was before.

    I feel GREAT.
I would do it again, and I wish I had paid attention to my health 10 years (or more ago)...
