Eating for Blood Type O Positive
Does anyone eat according to their blood type? I am O Positive and have read that I should drink green tea instead of coffee. O Positivers are very acidic. But I will miss my coffee so! Hi, ladies! Be encouraged! You're getting strong and you're making progress. It is now Day 15 and I've actually missed 2 days of Level 2, but regardless I have made some progress.
