How many sizes lost?
So Something I wasn't sure on how it worked was.. On pants. If you go from example 20 to 14s how many pants sizes are you dropping? Some places have the in between sizes of those number, but some places just go 20 to 18 to 16 to 14. I figured that people people on here would be able to explain it better. Thanks =)

Stretching ideas?
So I am not sure if its because I am working out without stretching first, but in the middle of my back, Side to side its hurting pretty good today. I was curious if anyone had any ideas on how to stop that from happening, what kinda stretches I should do daily. Anything like that. Thank you.

For best results?
I get 1310 calories for a day. How would you separate it out for best results between meals and snacks? Plus how far apart between each. Trying to figure out some ideas that might help me even more. Thank you!

Still have calories and its kinda late?
So i have heard that it's not good to eat late snacks. I just got done eating dinner about 20 minutes ago and It's about 7pm now. I still have 330 calories left and I am not sure if I should just not eat them, or if I should eat them later before bed? Advise please =)
