So many thoughts

I hate the days when I look at myself and can't see what I have done. It makes it so hard to just push myself because I lose faith in me being able to do this. But other times I am so confident in what I am doing. This journey is just as much mental and it is physical. I have to learn ways to push the negative away! I feel at times I can't motivate myself. I have lost 43lbs which is great, I know. I am the oldest of 5 girls. I have always had to be there for everyone else. I never had time for me. I think that is a lot of my problem. I am trying to teach myself that I am worth it too. And it's okay to make the time to do what is good for me also. This is going to be such a great lifestyle change for not only myself but my family and 2 boys. Just felt like I needed to get my little vent out somewhere Not many people understand which makes it hard to get past my lows. Good luck on your journeys.

I have those days but I don't give up because well, you know fast backsliding happens and I look instead at how far I have come and that if I can just push through that rotten day, tomorrow will be better! Hang in there, buttercup!0

We all have those days - or we wouldn't be where we are! This is the place to vent, and I am glad you did! Good luck to you!0
