I started intermittent fasting this week (16:8), and because of my work schedule, I'm only able to do fasted workouts 3 days out of the week. I was curious on opinions of how effective that'll be because from what I've seen, most people do their fasted workouts daily. Thanks!

Okay...so to make a story short...i lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and now my body has hit a stand still. Idk what to do. I workout 5 to 6 times a week. I eat no more than 1200 calories a day...nothings changing anymore and I'm swaying from 190 to 191 every day. Ugh. I'm so frustrated. Help!
