low heart rate
Hi everyone I would love some tips (like what to eat) on how to get my heartrate up as I sit here typing this it is 53 a low and 58 a high sure I can get it up most of the time working out like a high of 160 but sometimes not more then 125. Looking for fellow ladies with PCOS
Hi! I'm 32 and a mom of 2 one is adopted because I have PCOS I know its harder for us to loose weight because of this and was wondering if there are others out there with this trouble...Just thought we could be a support to each other!!! Not letting PCOS get me down!!!

Elliptical calorie burn?
I have a Nordic Track elliptical I work out on. Now I got a polar ft40 heart monitor and my monitor only shows I burn 1/2 the calories. Anyone else have the same experience?

Ideal weight
I guess I just don't believe BMI because if my weight was what they say it should be people would tell me I was sick plus now I workout so how do I know what my ideal weight should be? How many pounds heavier will my ideal weight be because I'm working out?
