My new favorite food!
Hannaford Max Fiber bars in Chocolate oat! I had one for a snack last night after work because I was going to be home and eating dinner late, and I still wasn't hungry for dinner at 8:00! 9 grams of fiber! And for anyone who likes chocolate, they have just enough to satisfy the craving. Only 140 calories, also. :love:

Weight Training
If eating our calories is so important, why don't we gain any from weight training exercise when we log it? Doesn't weight training increase metabolism? I read somewhere that your metabolism is increased for about 38 hours after a session.
