If eating our calories is so important, why don't we gain any from weight training exercise when we log it? Doesn't weight training increase metabolism? I read somewhere that your metabolism is increased for about 38 hours after a session.

You have to also add it under the cardio section - put in the exercises and time and it should calculate the calories burned.0

I quit entering it both places. I keep track of my lifting sets and weights on my own. I'm only interested in the calories I've burned.0
