swimming?
I have a gym in my office and i really want to try swimming as my cardio. I havent been in a pool in years. I feel like the monotony of a treadmill or elliptical is gonna drive me crazy. Has anyone ever gone swimming a few days a week to take a break from the gym? I hear its great for cardio!

Ok so for the last 2 weeks ive been keep track of what I eat and it seems like I eat a lot of egg whites and yogurt for breakfast and salads and veggies for lunch/ dinner.
