Ok it sounds gross but whatever i eat goes right thru me a few hours later. I drink a lot of water too. IS it bc im digesting better now and my body is flushing all the bad stuff out? I feel like crap!

If you have moved over to a healthier food than what you were eating before, then yes... you will poop more. Right now... Im a little envious! :D

Have you tracked your fiber? Is it firm or watery?

There can be some uncomfortable adaptations from toxic to healthy foods. However, you may want to make sure you're not actually sick with flu or allergies before you discard it as 'adaptation'.

Sounds like your electrolites are out of balance - get some dioralyte - it has about 44 calories per sachet, but you have to get them balanced again. Having that kind of bowl movement on an ongoing basis is not healthy and could potentially make you very sick. anything mroe than 48 hours - go to your Doc for sure.

If this is new, you're body is getting used to the complex carbs and fiber. It will even out, it just takes a little time. Try taking a probiotic, it should help (you can either take a pill or eat activia)

I'm not sure about your bowels but the last time I lost a significant amount of weight I had some stomach pains, like an ulcer. My doctor told me I needed to balance out varieties of food. I was only eating low-fat dairy, veggies and fruit. Occasionaly veggie burgers but never any carbs or animal meat.

Might I also add I was only comsuimng about 600 calories a day. I didn't know any better at that point, I thought I was just cutting back portions.

may be tmi but i have become more regular in the last week or so since i started eating fresh fruits and veggies. I have cut out almost all processed foods. i am thinking it depends on how severe your issue is.

Its definitely from change in diet then. Your body should adjust to the increase in fiber (healthy foods naturally have more fiber than processed ones). I would give it a week, and if you aren't better by then see a doctor.

the clue here is that you said you feel bad. So pooping alot could be a good thing and really normal, but if you feel bad then no.

See a medical professional, it could be a bug :) Better safe than sorry

Well I mean I dont feel sick... I just feel like I digest so fast. Once I go, im ok again. I did have a minor colitis attack when i was younger thats bothered me since. Ive been to the dr a number of times about it and he just gives me nexium. My trainer mentioned to me that this might happen...

Is it really the same food you just ate that you are excreting out? It might be food from the day before or something that gets pushed out by the food you just ate. My dad has always been like that. He runs to the toilet the minute he finishes his plate, but he's not pooping what he just ate :S
