Recovery week caloric intake
Hi all, I usually work out 6 times per week (2 days weights, 2 days boot camp conditioning, 2 days cardio). Every eight weeks I take a recovery week and only do yoga or very light cardio. Should I be eating at maintenance or loss for calories?

Calculating calories burned in a workout like spartacus?
I was wondering how to calculate how many calories I burn in a conditioning workout like the spartacus routine. I also do conditioning workouts where my heart rate is kept up by alternating weightlifting with 1 minute cardio activity. I have a heart rate monitor that tracks calories, so is this the best way to keep track?…
