Calculating calories burned in a workout like spartacus?

I was wondering how to calculate how many calories I burn in a conditioning workout like the spartacus routine. I also do conditioning workouts where my heart rate is kept up by alternating weightlifting with 1 minute cardio activity.
I have a heart rate monitor that tracks calories, so is this the best way to keep track?
I'm new to myfitnesspal and don't see a way to track calories burned by strength training mixed with cardio on the exercise tab.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Try using "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" on the exercise tab. It should be fairly accurate.
To accurately figure out how many calories you burned try this website: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm and input the data required. Don't worry about the VO2 max box.
Hope this helps.0
