Stress eating
Does anyone else here have difficulty with eating while stressed? I've been recognizing it more myself recently, and I seem to gravitate towards sweet items to relax me.

I'm in the throes of a work fitness challenge (also includes things that are helpful to support and mental well-being). My question is this - what helps you to stay focused when you're feeling swayed to give up?

C25K Start (again)
I'm looking at beginning the C25K program (retry). Does anyone have any tips on the best way to start? Track, treadmill, road? Would it matter how the walk/run combo occurs, i.e. switching between the three? I like mixing up my routines, so don't always use the same tools and exercises.

Sleep changes....
Does anyone have suggestions of being able to sleep better? I've cut out a lot of caffeine, drink more water, exercise more, and given myself more time to sleep. However I sleep worse now than I did before.
