Eating exercise calories
I totally get that you need to eat your exercise calories. However, coming from weight watchers, I'm accustomed to being able to spread them out over the course of the week. Say, my workout earned me 4 points, I could eat 1 or 2 points a day until I had eaten them. MFP doesn't do this. So my question is, Do you have to eat…

Sore after workout, how long is normal?
I've just recently started adding a little strength training into my workout routine. I'm trying to ease into it as I've never done anything like that before. The lady that teaches my zumba classes is also a personal trainer at the gym where the classes are held and she does a short, 30 minute "strength training" class…

I lost an entire box of kitty litter!
And not just one of the small ones, but one of the big double boxes. My husband came home with one of these last week, and I thought "wow, that's huge! Where am I going to keep it?" Then I noticed the weight on the box. 34 pounds! I was so close last week, and I made it today - 34.2! It really put it into perspective to…

Workout DVDs to do together
Anyone have any reccomendations of DVD's my husband and I could do together? I generally gravitate to the dancier things (Zumba) but he wants to start working out with me, which I'm thrilled about! So, what are your suggestions, and what would we need to purchase to do the work out (weights, etc.)?

Random furniture question
Any of you have Durablend or bonded leather furniture? If so, what do you think about it? Is it durable? We're looking at leather furniture, but I wanted to look at those two less expensive options as well, and I've just been asking around for anyone that may own some.

NSV... well kind of a scale victory..
Yesterday we had the final weigh in for our "fitness challenge" at work. It has been 3 months and I had lost 25 pounds, a total of 12% of my body weight. I found out today that I won the challenge having lost the highest percentage and I won a 150 dollar gift card!! :drinker: Now I can afford to buy clothes that don't…

Job interview in a couple hours
And all of my interview suits are too big because I've lost weight!!! I think I've put together a pretty good outfit though.. being that I'll be interviewing with a bunch of IT guys, I don't think they'll notice my fashion much.. :) I can say that, I'm married to an engineer.

Progress Pic.. 22lbs down!
I'm about half way to my goal weight, but I was feeling pretty good about my progress so far, so I thought I would post a "before" and "so far" kind of thing. However, I never really took a before picture, so I had to find one.. and it's not great.. but I ran from the camera most of the time. The first picture is me, the…

SV and NSV ...
So, as of this morning I have officially lost 22 lbs! :) That puts me well below my first 10% goal! Also, as for my NSV... I have almost no pants that fit! It makes getting dressed for work a bit difficult, but I sure am glad I no longer fit into my "fat" pants!! I'm also only 15 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight..…

When do you fit gym time in?
I work 40 hours a week and have a 2 year old son. I'd love to get to the gym more than once or twice a week, but I'm having a hard time figuring out when to go. I already have meetings/obligations that take me away from home in the evenings 1-2 nights a week, so fitting in time with my son is a real priority. If you have…

Possible WW convert here...
I've been following weight watchers online for 9 weeks now, and I'm motivated and feel like I'm doing well. It's just pretty expensive, to have to pay that monthly fee basically to just use their website. My sister has lost 44 pounds using MFP, and loves it.. so I'm testing it out. So far, I'm loving the layout, and the…
