This is what we do. And we schedule the automatic transfers for the day after we get paid. That way, we never really miss the money.

peanut butter, apples, bananas, oranges... I like those "soup to go" things, but they can be high in sodium.

Sweet tea. I don't drink it with every meal anymore (I'm not even drinking it on a daily basis) but I refuse to say "I'll never have it ever again" . It is one of my favorite things ever, and if I can fit it in, I'm not going to worry about it.

I'm restarting too. On my 3rd week back. In 2012, I lost 35 lbs and felt awesome! I then went on vacation, started a new job, and got heavy into school and let it slip. I don't understand. You've lost a substancial amount of weight. You should be thrilled. Actually, it will only slow down from here, as you can't really keep up those kind of numbers every week.

I had been logging for 3 months before I started here. I did everything on weight watchers online. So, when I started, I just back dated all of my old entries from WW into my MFP log. That way I could still see the record of all of my weigh ins.

With me, it's just that I, personally, dislike that brand of humor. I'm not into censoring anything, though. I get offended at some (but not all) of the topics mentioned, so I prefer to just change the channel.

I've never cared for the jokes on Family Guy, but that's just my opinion, it's not my style of comedy. I'm not really able to laugh at things like the Jon Bennet Ramsey "joke" or things of that nature. I don't care if other people watch it and enjoy it... I just do not.

Becuase I am supposed to net 1400 calories a day. I burned 851 calories (per my HRM) last night. So.. if I only ate 1400 calories yesterday I would have a net of 549 calories. That's not safe. I started on the 5th, but I'm only alternating it in between my other activities, not going straight through. I'll only be on my 3rd night tonight, since I'm rotating it throughout the week.

The only time I have an issue with "too much" fiber is with prunes. I LOVE prunes.. and if they are in the house I will eat 5 or more a day.. this makes for a very uncomfortable tummy.

It takes very little room, you can just push your couch back or whatever, and all you need is one set of dumbells and a mat or thick towel if you have a hard floor.

I workout for larger portions.. I'm never happy with the portion sizes I "should" be eating! Even if it's just a bigger peice of chicken, or an extra piece of fruit.. that's why I work out!
