We are looking for an all inclusive, beach type of resort for our family to go too.
The hitch, we don't want kids to be running around. Our 'little" ones are 18 and 20.
Anyone have any ideas?

No she doesn't want the resort to have a lot of little kids running around so no Disney resorts.0 -

I think OP meant, she didn't want to be around OTHER people's kids.0 -

Sandals St. Lucia... love that place so much!!
EDIT: I didn't see earlier that you were taking the "kids" too.. Sandals might be more of a couples resort... I'm not sure.0 -
The Excellence in Punta Cana, DR.. Its 18+, all inclusive and fantastic0

Beaches - Turks and Caicos :drinker:
or
Club Med - Turks and Caicos
or
A Cruise - (including Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos) thats all inclusive as far as food
Best of luck finding something that caters to your family!:drinker:0 -
We just got back from Cabo San Lucas, very nice, safe, all inclusive resorts, short walk to town, shopping, food, cheap beer. Loved it!0

We love Hilton Head. The place we stay is not all inclusive, but the restaurants in Hilton head are so awesome. And so diverse. I highly recommend this as a destination.
As far as having young kids around, the place we stay has two pools. One is pretty much the adult pool and the other is full of small children. And they were hardly noticeable. Our two kids are grown as well. The young kids didn't bother any of us.0 -
Thanks everyone! You've given me a lot of good suggestions.
And, exactly, didn't want any Disney types of things. :-)0 -
Akumal Beach Resort, Mexico - great diving and snorkeling, good beaches and Sea Turtles come up on the beach at night starting in June to lay eggs
Anywhere in Roatan, Honduras - World's second largest reef, 50 ft off shore
Jolly Beach - Antigua - lots of white sand but zero pretty fish
Moon Palace - Playa Del Carmen0 -

Saint George Island, FL, nothing to do, no high rises, quiet beaches, restful vacation. Good seafood, deep sea fishing, and you can bring your dog.0
