How accurate is MFP in calculating calories burned? I just feel that it can sometimes be excessive. E.g it tells me I burned 762 calories on a 4.5 mile run today, and as I only weigh 133lb it seems too much - most running sites estimate 115 calories per mile for a 150lb runner, so I was estimating my burn at about 450…

Should I give running a miss today?
I ran 3 mile Friday, 4 miles Saturday, had a rest Sunday, went to the gym and did 1.5 miles at a faster pace than my longer runs and an hour of boxercise yesterday... I wanted to run 3 mile tonight, but a muscle in my inner thigh hurts - should I give it a miss?

Oh dear God what have I DONE?!?
This is the aftermath of a moment of UTTER madness on the internet... I've just signed up to run the London marathon next year. :noway: What got into me?!? Now what do I do? slightly over calories...
I went slightly over my calories for the day today - only by like 22 calories. This is going to sound dumb, but will that stop me losing weight or will the fact that I was about 100 under yesterday balance that out? This makes me feel really stupid, but I really haven't a clue when it comes to weight loss!!
