So many calories left over and not hungry!
I have over 1,000 calories left for the day. I have only had a little over 1,200 (normal is 2,090 due to being a 'waitress' and my weight) for the day. I was just wondering how close of an eye do most people keep on sugar, sodium intake, etc and not just the calories? I try not to go over my limit in anything. I take a Women's One a Day Multivitamin every morning. And when I look on the app, it says I'm like 100%+ over my goal in those vitamins.
