Preferred protein powder
Hello Everyone, I'm considering adding a protein shake daily as I know I'm not getting enough protein. I'm not a big meat eater, so I try and add greek yogurt daily but that isn't enough. Just wondering which protein powder you guys think tastes the best. Thanks for the help!! Lindsey

High testosterone
Just got back from the endo, she was happy with the weight loss. She did not tell me to reducs my calories this time which I greatly appreciate. She does want me to get more exercise. Yuck. Also increased Metformin to 1000mg twice daily. But my testosterone is still high. Not sure what I can do about that?? Does anyone…

Whole grain side dishes
Need some help getting more whole grain in my diet, maybe in the forms of salads or side dishes of some sort?? I just know I'm not getting enough, I normally only get a bowl of multi-grain cheerios.
