Well....I'm a little worried, I just ordered my copy of 30 day Shred from Amazon, should be here on 6/13. I'm scared I'm too fluffy and won't be able to do it without dieing but I guess we'll see!! Wish me luck!

    I've had it for awhile, and love it. The key to it is Modify!!! Anything you can't do, modify to what you can do. I still have lots of trouble with the push ups, but getting better all the time. I do what I can, and then use the wall...goes for everything...I have really bad knees and can't do the jumping jacks, so I modify them with the same arm movements, but side stepping. You will be sore after the first day, so take two off to recover, and then back at it...You can do it!!!
