Working out when sick?
Who all works out when there sick? As a rule of thumb how do you know if it's an ok thing or not? I'm pretty sick today but i'm going through a wave of feeling better. I just don't want to overdo it! TIA

Hi all!! I'm currently working out with the Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred. On top of that I try and hit the gym at least 5-6 days a week spending 35min on the eliptical 35min on the stair stepper and 35min walking it out on the treadmill.
