Ok so as to what you just said. My BMR is1,444 in turn that means I should always consume that amount of calories before or after working out?

When I was a gymnast we had to hold our ears (literally) and make sure our chin was NEVER EVER EVER touching our chest. point your chin to the ceiling and crunch away! :) Hope that helps you some!

Do you have knee braces? You may want to try that. I'm having the same trouble with my ankles but I know my reason is because i just have weak ankles lol So i'm gonna hit up the store and check out some braces to see if that helps! :) Good luck!

i've read so many things I don't know what is true. I've heard that over time it will go back and then i've also heard if it's been like that a year or longer it may not. I would honestly say best bet would be to speak with a doctor that could give you a more definitive answer!

I don't have much weight to lose but I've been doing Jillian 30 day shred along with a larger amount of cardio and abs at the gym. So far it seems to be helping. But I must say I've been feeling a bit burned out this past day or so. So today was my recovery day :)

Thanks! I did a light day today of jillian and no gym. Hubby had to pull CQ so I couldn't make it to the gym and decided since it was mother's day i deserved a light day lol

haha I totally do the same thing! I have to mute her and put pandora on. I found that when I listen to her I actually don't work out as hard. But if I have pandora on I tend to work out to the music so I push through so much harder.

It's not easy, but it's not unachievable! I'm doing it right now and I'm on level 2. I've combined this with the gym to obtain my current goal :) You'll be fine just stick with it and push through. You will be sore but i promise if you skip a day because your sore the soreness will just last longer! I did it the first day…
