When i am on the eliptical at the gym there is a chart of heart rates and there are 2 columns. One says "FAT BURN" and one says "CARDIOVASCULAR". Questions about sugars....
I know that eating big amounts of sugar is not good for you... I thought that natural sugars were ok but when i eat an apple it takes up almost my whole sugar allowance....
