Is there anything against doing Insanity (or any indoor exercise for that matter) bare foot? I do it barefoot, because my tennis shoes got too big and my feet slide around in them. dissapointing - calories burned?
I am in week 3 of Insanity and just got my Polar FT4. I put in all my information, and I'm soo disappointed in the amount of calories I burn. I am doing the exercises, sweating my you know what off, and working at 80-90% of my maximum heart rate. And I only burned 275 calories in 40 min of Cardio and Resistance for example…
