Hi! I am fairly new to MFP and am looking for a group to join. I want a quick, easy place to be accountable yet still get some feedback/motivation/etc from the team. Any takers? I'm looking to lose 30 lbs and increase my exercise. TIA.

strengh training and adding to food diary?
It looks like when I add walking or cardio to my daily diary it subtracts the calories from my food diary, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this when I do strength training? Why is that? I lifted weights for 20 minutes... certainly that should reflect something in my food diary, no?
