Anybody tried Bicram Yoga (Hot Yoga)?
I spend the weekend with some family and they were telling me how much they loved Bikram Yoga( the Yoga you do in a 105 degree room). Sounds horrible but I'm fairly flexible and I thought I might give it a try. Anybody tried it? Love you hear about your experience.
