Just went shopping in my closet!
I just pulled out some spring/summer clothes that I kept from my slightly skinner days and they fit! I no longer look like I am going to bust out at the seams or straight up preggo. I have a more work to do before I fit into the few bits of my skinny pre-college clothes left in the house but I'll get there one day!

if I had to yell at my students all day??? They were all cooped up because of the rain, they are excited about Spring Break next week, and Lord knows whatever else was going through their minds! I know that I really don't get extra calories.....I just wish behavior management counted as a calorie burn! :)

Does the time of day matter?
Hello all! Is there a "best" time to work out to maximize how many calories are burned in one session? I normally workout about 2-3 hours after eating dinner at about 8 or 9 pm and then go to bed around 11 or 12 pm. Would it be better if I worked out right before dinner or in the morning? Thanks!
