Healthy-ish replacement for a doughnut!

This happened by total mistake this morning but it was AMAZING! It might sound a bit weird or gross but it was AWESOME.

Take a piece of wheat toast
Spread out a layer of vanilla "Light and Fit" yogurt
spread out a layer of jam

Eat and enjoy! It does have extra sugar because of the jam but you wouldn't believe how much it tastes like a jam filled doughnut.

    Try mixing a TBS of unsweetened cocoa powder into the yogurt!

    BTW, I found a whole wheat bread that is only 35 calories per slice! Country Kitchen.

    I wanted a dessert tonight (rough day) and I remembered reading this. I used a whole wheat, low fat english muffin instead of the toast. It was SO good! I love your 'mistake'!
