Avacado Oil
My boyfriends mom gave us some Avacado Oil & the labels all claim its very healthy for you (better than olive). I am a VERY clean eater and normally dont use ANY oils when I cook or bake, but I am just curious if this is considered is a "healthy" oil & if so what are all the nutrients and positive effects of it?!?

Too Much Protein??
I workout for about 2 hours everyday... Do lots of lifting (both heavy and toning), and cardio. I ALWAYS go over my protein number on my log!!! Is it bad to be over? Sometimes it can be by lots!! What's an okay number to go over... if its ok??

Calories Burned Weight Lifting
I want to know how to figure an estimate with how many calories I burn lifting. I dont have a HRM, but I basically did super sets and maxed out legs today for 90 min. Anyone know how I can figure this out?? I'm about 5'11 - 140 lbs =]] Thanks

Fruit always taking me over sugar goal? is that ok..
I am a very clean eater and workout everyday. Ive always been told by my nutritionist to eat about 2-3 fruits a day, but when I eat an apple and an orange.. or add banana to protein shake my sugar is EASILY over my goal. I don't have the nutritionist anymore to ask, but my trainer at gym said fruits don't count for sugar?…
