Calories Burned Weight Lifting

I want to know how to figure an estimate with how many calories I burn lifting. I dont have a HRM, but I basically did super sets and maxed out legs today for 90 min. Anyone know how I can figure this out?? I'm about 5'11 - 140 lbs =]] Thanks

    I usually select a "cardio" exercise of "strength training", and then drastically under-estimate the amount of time I spent lifting.

    But I'll be watching for better ideas!

    Don't suppose you checked your heart rate at all? If you had an average, there are a bunch of estimators on the interwebs.
