Best way to tone belly

I have lost quite a bit of weight and muscle... I am obsessed with cardio nd how it makes me feel, but I still lift about 4x a week. I workout 6 times a week, I take a weights/toning/some cardio class every day and follow it with cardio (about 2 hours a day). We do abs too butI still feel like my whole body has transformed to fit accept I feel my belly is still a little chubby! What's the best way to shrink lower abs???

    i do crunches and that helps pretty well, not sure if you do that already

    Lose body fat. The abs are already there, just need to drop the fat. Clean up the diet, when your strength train, train heavy not high reps low weight.

    Avoid processed foods, and decrease carbs, increase protein intake.

    You may want to try yoga a couple times a week, might help.

    Focus on whole body lifting= deadlifts, squats, overhead presses, benches, etc. 1000 crunches won't get you there.
