Hi... Lost all my weight a few years ago on slim fast, yes I know it's frowned upon but it worked for me.. I then went on to calorie count to maintain/lose the last bit of weight.. Manually adding steps
Is there a way to manually add steps to the fitbit?? I forgot mine this eve when I went to zumba & usually get about an extra 7thousand steps from 1 hour there but now my fitbit step count is looking depressing even though I know I've moved alot more .. & it's seriously annoying me lol!!

Hi everyone... Was just wondering what your thoughts are on calorie counting?? Obviously it's good & it works as we have all proved but do you think it's something you'll do forever or will you eventually branch out alone & try eating sensibly??? Just curious!!!
