F, 20 y.o., 5'4'', CW: 132 lbs, GW: 119 lbs
I'm a 20 y.o. girl, 5ft 4 in (164 cm), started dieting at 136 lbs and 27%BF two weeks ago, now I'm 132 lbs (60 kg). My goal weight is 119 lbs (54 kg)/20-21% BF. Anybody like me out there? :)

Is half an hour of resistance training enough?
Hello - just a quick question. I'm currently strength training three times a week for half an hour. I sweat my *kitten* off and at the end I'm always quite wiped out (and out of breath LOL). Is half an hour enough? Or should I push myself to 45 minutes/1 hour?
