Just saw this group, which I feel is perfect for me! I’ve been a WW member since 2017 and before, & just can’t get into it at this time in my life. Back in 2006 I made Lifetime, but I needed a change. So I quit WW recently and have started back with MFP. I see that 2016 was the last post - does anyone still interact here?

Motivation there...smart choices are not!
My motivation is rock solid....my food choices have not been for the last 3 weeks. I've been travelling quite a bit but even with that, I've been tracking and trying to eat the best I can but it seems the best is not enough because I KEEP going over calories. Weight Watcher non-member did AWESOME!
Ok, so I stopped attending the WW meetings like I said in my last post and talked with my leader about taking time off and just doing things here at home with MFP and not so much focusing on the scale!. Well, it worked! First week without WW and I lost 3.4!!!! I am sooo happy! :)

Ok, so I've been on WW since 2005, made goal in 2007 and since then I've still attended the meetings, weighed in each week but I have gained 25 of those pounds back...which is why I am here. I now meet with a personal trainer 2/3 days a week and work out on my own the rest at the gym. I am very dedicated to losing this…
